Wasel is run by me, Mohammed Diea Eddine, in Doha, Qatar. When this page says "I", it means me. Questions or requests: [email protected].

Accounts

I approve every account by hand and can decline or close an account, for example if it is used for spam or for anything unlawful. You log in with a code sent to your email: keep that inbox to yourself.

Your WhatsApp

Wasel connects to your number the way WhatsApp Web does. This is not an official WhatsApp integration. WhatsApp may limit or ban numbers it considers automated or in breach of its terms, and I cannot prevent that. Use Wasel only with a number you own, and follow WhatsApp's own terms.

Your customers' data

You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect your customers' data and to send events about them to ad platforms, and for telling them in your own privacy notice. I process that data only to run Wasel for you.

What you may not do

Send spam or bulk unsolicited messages, collect data on people who did not contact you, or use Wasel for anything that breaks the law or WhatsApp's or the ad platforms' terms.

Price

The price, if any, is agreed with you in writing before you use Wasel.

No promised results

Wasel shows what your WhatsApp and your marks say and passes them to the ad platforms. How the platforms use those events, and what your ads achieve, is outside my control. I do not promise any result.

Availability and liability

I work to keep Wasel running but cannot promise it will never be down or that every message will be captured. As far as the law allows, my total liability is limited to what you paid in the three months before the claim.

Ending

You can disconnect your number and close your account at any time. I can end the service with 30 days' notice, or straight away for a breach of these terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Qatar, and the courts of Doha have jurisdiction.
